Dear users of Gramista, as many of you have noticed some of the website’s functionality was unavailable yesterday and earlier today. The issues have now been resolved. We’d like to calm everyone down and explain what happened. First and foremost, we are not getting shut down and this was not an attack. The technical issue happened to our server during a load peak. An extremely unlikely event of database corruption happened. Our team organized recovery of the information but unfortunately not everything could be recovered. We apologize for the issues and inconvenience that came with it. We feel the need to be open about what happened so here’s a quick FAQ on the events.
What does this mean for Gramista?It means for us that it’s time to review our system and introduce certain procedures to prevent any similar issues from happening again. Database corruption is very unlikely but as this night has shown us, it was not as unlikely as we would want to think.
What does this mean for me?Most of your settings and recent changes dating less than 30 days back were lost. We’ve recovered the system, restored the accounts and you’ll need to log in again to activate them. Your license has been restored and we’ve added additional time to it as our token of apology.
My account wasn’t restored, what do I do?If your account does not appear on your dashboard we advice you to add it back manually and send a request to our support to get your license restored.
